Our prevention-focused counselling provides age-appropriate education about the risks associated with alcohol, tobacco and drugs and supports responsible decision-making. Sessions may strengthen confidence, assertiveness, emotional regulation and strategies for responding to peer pressure. Young people are encouraged to identify healthier ways of managing stress and difficult emotions. Parents can also receive guidance on communication, boundaries and supportive prevention strategies.

50-minute session: Starting from ₹1,699/-
100-minute session: Starting from ₹3,200/-
150-minute session: Starting from ₹4,600/-
